Totally recommend for a quick weekend visit

Spacious room, peaceful atmosphere with a fabulous spa experience that complemented the cheerful and helpful staff, located just 10 km from the airport for easy access.

The rooms are very nice and spacious.

I had issues with the pool being closed for my stay. it was supposed to be a highlight of my trip. This lack of access was really disappointing, especially since I specifically chose this hotel for that feature. I feel that if amenities are advertised, they should definitely be available during guests' stays.

The breakfast was a delight

Waking up to a delicious breakfast spread made our mornings glow. The corner suite had stunning views that made it all the more enjoyable. Total relaxation!

Unfortunately, the pool was closed for most of our visit, which was disappointing since that was a major reason we booked the hotel. Access would have been great.

The concierge service lacked attention, leading to misunderstandings and delayed responses on important requests. This provided a frustrating start to the stay, unfortunately overshadowing some positive aspects.

The spa offered a fantastic massage, a highlight of my stay. One downside was the pool being closed during part of my visit. that was disappointing. I also faced some minor lighting issues, but they got resolved quickly by maintenance. The staff remained friendly and helpful throughout my time there, enhancing the overall experience.

The Grand Hyatt Bogota features beautiful architecture with large, well-lit spaces that feel welcoming. The gardens and public areas are accessible, making it easy for seniors to navigate and enjoy all the amenities without difficulty.

More seating in common areas would be wonderful.
